This is an original painting of an indigo plant. This summer a friend of mine gifted indigo plants to me to process and make paint from. This painting is inspired by the beautiful, delicate flower of the indigo plant. It comes with a 5’’x7’’ mat so it will fit in a standard size frame. It is painted with handmade watercolor and adorned with 24k gold leaf.
