I worked on this portrait here and there for the last 6 months or so. Sometimes that’s what it takes! It is an interesting piece with texture that makes her different from every angle. She is made with my grandmother’s crushed jewelry, in the wood and in the paints. She is also made of handmade paint, textured ground, and 24k gold leaf. She is around 12’’ high by 8’’ wide.

This piece can be hung on the wall as is, but I suggest that she be framed behind a shadow box. If you would like her framed, please let me know and I will custom frame her for you. I will contact you if you choose “custom framed”.
